For customers in the European Union
Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item. Please note the following conditions:
- Unworn and unused only. Items must be completely unworn, unwashed, unperfumed, and in original condition and packaging, with all tags intact.
- Timely notification required. You must inform us of your intention to return by email within 14 days of delivery.
- Strict return window. The item must be returned within 14 days after your return request is accepted.
- Return costs. Return shipping is your responsibility and is non-refundable.
- No refund for damaged returns. If the item arrives worn, damaged, without tags, or otherwise unsellable, no refund will be issued.
We do not accept returns for:
- Sale items or discounted purchases
- Items that show signs of being tried on or worn
- Returns sent without prior notification
We reserve the right to deduct value if items are returned in non-original condition.
For customers outside the EU
All sales to countries outside the EU are considered final. As a small business operating internationally, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges due to logistical and cost-related reasons.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Incorrect size ordered (please refer to our sizing guide carefully)
- Preferences regarding color, fit, or feel
- Delayed delivery caused by customs, local courier, or other external factors
- Minor imperfections that do not affect the functionality or basic appearance of the garment (e.g. slight creasing during transit)
All items are inspected prior to shipping to ensure quality and accuracy.
