By placing an order on theboldape.com you agree to the terms below. We try to keep them short and human.

Orders

An order is confirmed only after Stripe authorises payment and you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues.

Pricing and currency

Prices are shown in EUR, GBP, or USD depending on your country selection. All prices include VAT where applicable. Promo codes apply at checkout; only one stackable Stripe promotion code per order.

Returns and refunds

See our refund policy for full details. EU buyers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law; outside the EU sales are final unless a defect is found.

Use of the site

Don't scrape, replicate, or commercially repurpose our product imagery, copy, or brand marks. Reviews you submit are owned by you but you grant us a non-exclusive right to display them on the product page once approved.

Liability

We're a small team. We aim for accurate product descriptions, sizing, and stock but we cannot guarantee zero errors. Our liability is limited to the value of the order you placed. Nothing here limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Lithuanian law. Disputes can be raised through the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
